My favorite book is "Horns and Wrinkles".
It is about two children that find themselves in a world of magical creatures, and have to solve a riddle, for their parents have been turned to stone, and to break the curse they have to work together. but there is one problem, the two children are brother and sister. And they do NOT like each other. They have never worked together to do anything! Ever! This story, I would think is a tragedy. Because it starts out with fighting of the two kids, and the death of a baby duckling. and I can't tell you how it ends, but lets just say, it doesn't end good...
I liked how you made your mode explanation descriptive. For example, I liked how you described how there is no history of them working together. Based on your explanation so far, I also think this book is a tragedy.
